Shipping Information

• Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, the images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only.
• We cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the products, and your products may vary slightly from those images. All sizes indicated on our site are approximate.

• We provide free delivery to addresses located within the United Arab Emirates. All Orders are shipped through a third-party shipping provider. We pride ourselves on our next-day delivery service.
• Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from DealsRus, confirming the receipt of your order along with your shipping details.
• Shipping is taken care of by the third-party shipping provider, and they will collect the cash on delivery.

• All products on the site are subject to availability.
• DealsRus will email you if the Products you have ordered are out of stock.

• Returns – We accept returns within 24 hours after the product is delivered to the customer’s desired address. Returns will be accepted for items that HAVE NOT BEEN OPENED or USED, with ALL TAGS and/or STICKERS ATTACHED.
• Exchanges – All exchange notices must be received to our office within 24 hours of receiving your order. If your desired replacement item is no longer available, we will help you find another item you like.

At DealsRus, we are committed to selling only first-quality products. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please Contact Us within 24 hours of receiving the order to be eligible for an exchange.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
