Duration for Returns

Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to return products they are unsatisfied with.

Condition of Returned Items

For a return to be accepted, items must be unused, unopened, and with packaging intact. Any deviation from this condition will render the product non-returnable.

Return Shipping Costs

DealsRus will bear the return shipping costs, provided the conditions in point 2 are met. If not, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment method, which is cash on delivery.

Refund Duration

The duration for refunds depends on our delivery company. Once they collect the returned item, they will process the refund immediately.

Non-refundable Items

Any product damaged due to negligence on the customer’s part will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed, but the item being exchanged for should be of a higher price. DealsRus will not refund any price difference.

Physical Store Returns

Customers can return online purchases at our physical store. For our location, please refer to the “About Us” page.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, they should contact us within 12 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will make the customer responsible for the item.

International Returns

We only deliver within the UAE, so international returns are not applicable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers should call us at 050 835 2363 with their order number within 24 hours of purchase. Our team will guide them through the process.
